CRM software, spol. s r.o. is a limited liability company registered in the Czech Republic. It has been entered in the Public Register since 4 January 2000.
Who we are
CRM software, spol. s r.o. is a Czech company based in Ďáblice, in the north of Prague. Our main field is management consultancy, and our trade licence also covers software, IT consulting and data processing.
That combination shapes how we work. A company's customer relationships depend on its people, its processes and its systems, so we look at those three together.
What we do
We advise businesses on how they organise their work, especially the path from first enquiry to long-term customer care. We also help them define what they need from software, then provide and configure it.
Who we serve
We work with businesses and other organisations that want a clearer way of handling customers, whether they are defining a problem for the first time or are already in the middle of a change.
Our services are not designed for private consumers.
Our trade licence
Trade licence for production, trade and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 3 of the Czech Trade Licensing Act, covering these fields:
- Consulting, and the preparation of expert studies and assessments
- Provision of software, IT consulting, data processing, hosting and related activities
- Wholesale and retail trade

"CRM" in our name stands for customer relationship management, the general field we work in.
